Ship time once an order is placed is normally 3-5 Business Days.  If you need same day shipping or any faster shipping option, please see our dealer list.  Most of our dealer offer same day shipping if the order is placed by a certain time.  They will also offer a wide range of shipping options that we do not.

As of 7/1/20 we are no longer shipping international. 



You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  *No returns on Sick Steve products, all sales are final.  



RMJ Tactical LLC warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials, finish and /or workmanship. RMJ Tactical will without charge, repair or replace, at our (RMJ Tactical’s) option, any knife returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by RMJ Tactical. The product must be shipped by owner, prepaid and insured, together with a description of the problem and must be accompanied by the original bill of sale and your charge or credit receipt or any satisfactory proof of the original date of purchase. Please email contact@rmjtactical.com to give formal notice of the warranty return before mailing return, so we can contact you to understand your complaint and insure the prompt resolution of your complaint. RMJ Tactical will cover return shipment costs and insurance for valid claims.


This Warranty does not cover normal wear, resharpening of the blade, damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse or the failure to perform normal or necessary maintenance, disassembly of any knife by any person other than RMJ Tactical’s Warranty department, or shipping costs for returned knives.

Regarding Knives......Do not use your knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel, stepping stool or punch. Do not throw your knife or use it for any purpose other than cutting. Do not disassemble your knife. Do not sharpen your knife on a power grinding wheel. Any of these acts will void your Warranty.  Beat the hell out of your tomahawks, cut with your knives! 

Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. RMJ Tactical shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. RMJ Tactical’s liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.



RMJ Tactical’s products are delivered with a razor sharp edge! We encourage you to care for, clean and hone / resharpen your RMJ Tactical product using your favorite stone, hone or manual sharpening system to keep your blade ready. If you would rather that we resharpen your knife, we will gladly re-sharpen your RMJ Tactical knife to a factory razor sharp edge. If you prefer us to sharpen your blade, or if you may have neglected to maintain your edge for a while, simply ship your knife to us. We'll not only sharpen it, but we will also inspect the knife for any warranted repairs and "tune" the knife for optimum performance. Simply ship the knife to RMJ Tactical’s address, postage paid and insured.
