Ship time once an order is placed is normally 2-3 Business Days. If you need same day shipping or any faster shipping option, please shop with one of our authorized dealers. Most of our dealers offer same day shipping if the order is placed by a certain time and they also offer a wide range of shipping options that we do not.
As of 7/1/19 we have suspended shipping to international addresses. Our US Dealers offer a wide range of international shipping options.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you would like to return an item, please contact us for an RMA# prior to shipping a product back to us. If we get a return with No RMA#, it will be shipped back to you.

RMJ Tactical LLC warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials, finish and /or workmanship. RMJ Tactical will without charge, repair or replace, at our (RMJ Tactical’s) option, any knife returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by RMJ Tactical. The product must be shipped by owner, prepaid and insured, together with a description of the problem and must be accompanied by the original bill of sale and your charge or credit receipt or any satisfactory proof of the original date of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to give formal notice of the warranty return before mailing return, so we can contact you to understand your complaint and insure the prompt resolution of your complaint. RMJ Tactical will cover return shipment costs and insurance for valid claims.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Our Warranty does not cover normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, improper modification, or lack of maintenance. Lost fasteners and hardware are not covered under warranty. Any product we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. To receive warranty repair or replacement. No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here.
Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. RMJ Tactical shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. RMJ Tactical’s liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Sick Steve products do not have a warranty and are sold as is.
RESHARPENING & REFINISHING
We encourage you to care for, clean and hone / resharpen your RMJ Tactical product using your favorite stone, hone or manual sharpening system to keep your blade sharp and ready. If you would rather that we put a fresh edge on your your RMJ tomahawk or knife, we will gladly re-sharpen your RMJ product to a factory razor sharp edge. Please email us for the details.
